RETURNs POLICY

  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents but we emphasise that the product must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.
  • All original packaging, labels and tags must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
  • We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Wicker Wings does not offer free shipping on returns.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs for shipping the item(s) back to us. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Please ensure all returns are sent with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

You have 14 calendar days upon receiving the bag to decide on your order. To process your return, please email sales@wickerwings.com and we will send you return instructions.

Once you have recieved the return email with instructions and a returns number, you have 7 calendar days to ensure the bag is delivered to the provided address.
