Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

• You have the right to open the package and check the contents but we emphasise that the product must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.
• All original packaging, labels and tags must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
• We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the product.

Wicker Wings does not offer free shipping on returns.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs for shipping the item(s) back to us. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

To process your return, please email sales@wickerwings.com and we will send you a returns number. All returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number.
