We will be happy to refund any item you are not happy with provided you return it undamaged and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Should you experience any manufacturing faults, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Note that each item is thoroughly checked before they are sent.
When returning items to us, please place the goods in the original packaging with the dust bag provided and all tags still attached. Please note that we do not accept unsalable items. We strongly encourage you to note measurements before purchasing. Any questions prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@wickerwings.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and sadly, we do not offer free returns at this stage. In addition, we are unable to provide reimbursement for international returns and any duties collected. Please use a tracked service when returning items, as no refund will be issued should it get lost in transit.
Wicker Wings reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the requirements above. Should this happen, we will send the item back to you and a refund will not be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 21 days of receiving your goods.
