All products are made individually by hand. Time, effort and craftsmanship go into each product. After spending two years on product development, we discovered that the product ages well over time. The wicker softens throughout use and the leather becomes a part of your every day being.
Due to the nature of how each item is hand produced, not every item will be the same shape.
Our bags are perfect for all seasons, but just like any bag, we wouldn't recommend exposing your Wicker Wings bag to lots of heavy rain. If this does happen, please allow it to dry naturally.
All our products are handmade, so each one will look slightly different but we think it adds to the character of the bag. While the shape and the style of the bag will be the same, there will be slight variations, which means your bag will be uniquely yours.
All our leather products are made using the finest vegetable tanned leather from Tuscany, and we currently do not have any vegan leather products.

The wicker body of our wicker products are handwoven in Indonesia and then sent over to our studio in England where the leather preparation and assembly is done there. All of our (re)done products are made at our studio.
All our bags are gently massaged and sanded down to ensure the wicker does not pull on clothes, as a result each wicker body has a smooth rich finish to them.
We ensure that the quality of our paint lasts and endures any knocks and bumps, but if your bag does chip, a quick dab with a coloured pen will fix it.
All Wicker Wings products are made with the finest quality rattan, high quality Italian vegetable tanned leather and entirely handmade by highly skilled artisans.
The wicker body is incredibly robust as well as brittle; this means that the wicker body is able to endure knocks and bumps but excessive force will damage the body. Any dust or particles that enter through the strands of wicker, we recommend using a thin brush to wave off any excess particles.
Vegetable tanned leather is a classic leather that wears beautifully over time. It is rich, strong and personal. Our bags are completely natural and there is a tendency of the leather to change over time. Each leather wears differently, which means each skin is unique with its own specific markings and colorings. It will not remain pristine; each mark represents the great adventures you have shared together.
When not in use, we recommend putting the item in the dust bag provided at room temperature. We do recommend avoiding rain and excessive cold temperatures.

We will be happy to refund any item you are not happy with provided you return it undamaged and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Should you experience any manufacturing faults, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Note that each item is thoroughly checked before they are sent.
When returning items to us, please place the goods in the original packaging with the dust bag provided and all tags still attached. Please note that we do not accept unsalable items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and sadly, we do not offer free returns at this stage. In addition, we are unable to provide reimbursement for international returns and any duties collected. Please use a tracked service when returning items, as no refund will be issued should it get lost in transit.
Wicker Wings reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the requirements above. Should this happen, we will send the item back to you and a refund will not be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 21 days of receiving your goods.

For all UK customers, there will be no further charges, simply what is stated when proceeding to checkout.
For all international customers, our prices do not include taxes and custom charges. Your goods may be subject to taxes and custom charges, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country of delivery. Wicker Wings cannot control and nor responsible for the custom and taxes charged on your shipment. These charges vary from country to country, for more information please contact your local customs office for more information.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please follow the steps listed below.
• Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns number, which will enable us to process your return.
• Please place the bag wrapped up and protected into the original box
• Dust bag and all original labels must be included and returned to us in a saleable condition
• We reserve the right to refuse refund if the bag is damaged during transit.

If the item is no longer listed on our website, drop us a message and we will direct you to any of our stockists who may still have the product available.
