Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but we emphasise that the product must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. Original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Does Wicker Wings offer free shipping on returns?
Sadly, Wicker Wings does not offer free shipping on returns. You are responsible for any return shipping costs for shipping the item(s) back to us. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please follow the steps listed below.

Can I return an item for a refund?
We hope that you will love your Wicker Wings product, however if this is not the case, we will be happy to refund any item you are not happy with. Please ensure that you return it undamaged and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
When returning items to us, please place the goods in the original packaging and do not remove any tags. Please understand that we do not accept unsalable items. We advise you to thoroughly check your order before you process the transaction.
How long will my refund take to process?
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 10 days within 10 days after receiving the product.. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
